Meditation: The In-Breath of Buddha
I did a channel of light meditation before I went to sleep
and became the lotus floating on a lake of serenity.
I was one with all that is.
I was God.
I was everything and nothing.
It was pure bliss.
A dream then came to me, and I would like to share it with you.
I was in my body being myself. Then all of a sudden I was greatly aware of my breathing which was normal. I then became aware of everyone else's breathing on the planet. We all were breathing together in perfect rhythm. A total serenity overtook us all. War and hatred stopped. From that time onward it became impossible for anyone to have a low vibrational thought, for we were One being, and we became aware of everyone else's thoughts.
Right as this was happening we all took a deep in-breath and started exploring one another's (or ourselves’) thoughts and beingness. As this happened, the earth stopped rotating, and I thought "Oh, no what do we do now?” We all went out of our bodies; I became complete peace and tranquility. I was aware that I was completely fine, no longer attached to my body and I was taken or pulled out into cosmic space. I thought again, "What now?" Shown to me was the most beautiful images of cosmic space. I have no idea how long I was out there, perfect and completely well, enjoying the beauty and beingness of someone who could travel cosmically, and aware that this was happening to everyone.
Then I felt the beginning of a huge out-breath, and I along with others was sent back. I saw the earth start to turn again, but in a different direction. Not all of us came back and I felt there were many changes on earth since we left. But those of us who came back were completely and forever changed, because we could still feel one another's thoughts and we were One forever. Those of us who returned had ascended here on earth, and returned to build a new earth and a new civilization.
I awoke with a tremendous sense of awe and appreciation for all that is. I do not know if this is actually something that happened to just myself personally, or to those on the entire planet who were evolved enough. It did feel as though if this hadn’t already happened, it was something that was going to happen in the future. I also remember thinking as we were about to come back, that the planet itself and all who were returning had just received a tremendous cosmic attunement.
As we attune ourselves to each new day and what we would like to do and achieve within that time, let us go within to find the universal purpose and direction and assurance for each one of us.
May Spirit infuse you with the possibilities that lay forth for you and the planet. Know that you, as the divine being you are,
are empowered to be all that you are meant to be.
